This workbook is specially made for my fellow Episcopalians, but as we say every Sunday, all are welcome.

It is meant to promote healing, while forming Episcopal identity, during the global pandemic and beyond. The workbook is 21 pages and designed to be used in small groups either in-person or online. It can also be adapted in any way for your unique context.

Each of the four sessions include discussion questions, prayers, and spiritual practices. By the end of four sessions, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the healing traditions within the Episcopal Church. You will also be equipped to draw on these traditions in your own daily life and the life of your community.
